I just purchased another Catalina with a helm which will be great for those who like a wheel instead of a tiller.  There are 6 sailors between the 2 boats so there is plenty of opportunity.  Parking is easy and the rest rooms are nice for the girls.   The boats are located at 3101 West Coast Highway behind the building.  You are welcome to check them out.  Check the schedule to be sure they are in.
